Family PA for Busy Families & Professionals
Family PA & Lifestyle Management for Busy Families in London
Life comes with a never-ending list of things to remember, organise, book, chase and manage.
I’m Monica, founder of The Virtual Lifestyle PA. I support busy families and professionals with the personal, family and household admin that takes up valuable time and mental space.
From family diaries and school admin to travel planning, household logistics, gift sourcing and those jobs that have been sitting on your to-do list for weeks, I step in and get things moving.
Think of me as your trusted extra pair of hands — someone who knows what’s happening, keeps track of the details and helps life run more smoothly behind the scenes.

Who I Work With
My clients are typically busy people who have reached the point where managing everything themselves no longer makes sense, such as:
- Busy working parents
- Professionals with demanding careers
- Entrepreneurs and business owners
- Families managing busy households
- Individuals who simply need more structure and support
- Households going through particularly busy periods, moves or life changes
What Can a Family PA Take Off Your Plate?
Running a household involves far more admin than most people realise. School emails, appointments, bills, travel, bookings, contractors, birthdays, household paperwork and family calendars all need somebody to keep track of them.
That’s where I come in.
I provide flexible Family PA and lifestyle management support, helping you delegate the tasks that consume your evenings, weekends and headspace.
- Family Diaries & School Admin – family calendars, appointments, term dates, school emails, clubs, forms, reminders & family scheduling.
- Inbox & Personal Admin – email organisation, paperwork, forms, document management, appointments, renewals & everyday life admin.
- Travel Planning & Organisation – flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, restaurants, activities, travel documents & all the smaller details.
- Household Management – contractors, home maintenance, quotes, appointments, utilities, household suppliers & ongoing home projects.
- Gift Sourcing & Seasonal Support– birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas gifts, hampers, cards, special occasions & thoughtful gift research.
- Personal Concierge – restaurant bookings, appointments, research, purchases, events & time-consuming jobs you don’t have time to deal with.
- Home, Office & Digital Organisation – paperwork, filing systems, digital files, home offices and practical organisation projects.

And plenty more. If it’s sitting on your personal or household to-do list, ask me.
