A virtual assistant is a self-employed, skilled freelancer that performs administrative tasks for an organisation or clients from a remote location.
The tasks can range from managing email accounts, scheduling calls, managing calendars and making travel arrangements, and more.
A virtual assistant can help organisations, busy professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, households, HNWIs and individuals with all their business, lifestyle and/ or family needs. Virtual assistants deal with all the mundane, day to day tasks that you may not want, like, know how or have the time to do, leaving you with more free time to do what you do best – be happy, build your empire, make money and live your life.
Hiring a VA saves you the need to hire a employee, go through the hassle of setting up infrastructure and systems to handle a team of employees and incur all the costs associated with keeping a full-time staff. VA’s can be hired to carry out tasks as and when you need them. This can range from ad-hoc or project work to a day-to-day admin support for a certain number of hours a week/ month. You, the client, dictate how much (or little) support you require, when and how you would like it delivered.
£35 per hour for ad-hoc, one-off admin tasks and £30 per hour with the monthly retainer packages. Head over to Rates & Packages for more information.
The ad-hoc hourly charge is good for those looking for a couple of hours worth of tasks that they need done. This could be one-off or you just need me to do 1-2 hours of work a week for you. These types of tasks (anything under 10 hours a month) are charged at my ad-hoc hourly rate of £35 per hour.
Monthly retainer packages are great if you have recurring and on-going admin/ support tasks that you need me to help you with every month for example, email, inbox and diary management. So for anything over 10 hours a month can be taken as a retainer package at an hourly rate of £30 per hour.
We are pretty flexible when it comes to the systems we use, and can adapt to your systems, processes and ways of working if you wish.
I generally use the following systems: Trello, Zoom, Dubsado, Slack, Google Suite & Microsoft Office.
First, you will need to fill in the Contact Me form with some basic details of what you are looking for. Then I will send you a link to book in a free no-obligation discovery call where we will discuss all your needs, the process of working together and how I can help you with your business/ life. If you are happy with everything I will send you a proposal, followed by a contract to be signed and the first invoice (if you opt for one of the retainer packages).
Once formalities have been taken care of, I will send you a welcome pack with a small questionnaire to fill out which helps me gather some more technical information from you such as passwords/logins/ access etc to your systems and processes so that we can finally start working together. I will also give you access to your own private portal where all of our contracts, emails, forms and documents will be stored.
Of course! We can work together to set up new processes and systems for you if you do not have any in place and tailor the whole process to make your life easier when it comes to running your business and building your empire. We love to grow with our clients and we can help you by handling all the admin leaving you to focus on finding clients and nurturing relationships and furthering your business.
